She's the fastest amongst Celestia's warriors, traversing the Battlefield at imposible speeds. Hot tempered and brave, she destroys its enemies with the use of her cosmic powers "Atomic Rainbow Rays", "Rainbow Plasma" and "Sonic Rainboom"

So yeah, this is a cross-over between My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and Saint Seiya, the greatest anime ever made.
