So aparently this is indeed popplio's final form, regarding info provided by Youtube User Kaphotics, which, then brings a torrent of joy to my heart. I will update this deviation's tittle once the official reveal of this beautiful siren comes (or when the game comes out)
Yes, i know it has not been confirmed to be the official looks of Popplio's 3rd evolution, but reggardless it is a magnificent design, and if its fake, im pretty sure the official won't be as awesome as this one. (Yet again, i am mostly sure this is the canon 3rd evolution xD, i have this feeling that it is).
